I was too slow to get this in as it was a last minute idea and shot. I was in the process of uploading it when the rollover happened. I am rather pleased by it in general and moreso since it was so rushed. I really wish I had been faster so I could have seen what votes it would've received. No doubt it wouldn't have done extremely well, I've seen some of the amazing shots in the challenge!
My eyes are a little weird since I'm trying to guess where the camera is pointing (I did this via a mirror. Camera is pointing at the mirror at an angle to get me in the shot). My left eye is also a bit red because the mask had little bits of plaster dust flaking off every so often when I'd breathe and it'd get in my eye. Very uncomfortable!
Still considering the rush, the way I'd set up the camera and my first attempt at a pseudo self portrait I think it came out well.
