Well, I think you need some other aspct beyond the figure to make this shot interesting. Find another angle perhaps?

I think I would have been tempted to rotate slightly to the left, and then crop at the bottom of the bust to remove the table, or perhaps put something on the table for your 'model' to ponder, which would have given this picture much more interest. I like the light through the window.

lighting seems a bit bright also I think i would have cropped out the thing at the bottom

i think i'd prefer this from right under the bust pointing up to get mroe of the facial detail.
