 This was taken while out fishing on Hillmer Lake, in Hearst Ontario.It had been raining for two days straight, and during a break in the weather, this eagle decided to go for a flight after spreading his wings to dry off.

That's a great capture there. It really shows off how magnificent that bird is. Hopefully this does well for you. If that tree wasn't there and you had a totally clean background I bet this would easily be very close to the top. Good luck.

I think maybe the framing or cropping could have been better. The tree in the left just really bothers me. Or maybe you could have blurred it.

Wel I see no leather straps, so this has to be in the wild, for which I say WOW! If there were straps, and they were cloned out, I will still say WOW!
