This sculpture sits outside the former SS Barracks in the Small Fortress of Terezin, a Nazi camp in WWII. I can't explain with words how it feels to walk inside a concentration camp but for me, looking at this picture, and the others I took that day, remind me of the change made within me that day.
I chose BW because I wanted to convey the timelessness of the place and the moment.
