Sent you a note, but here's a hint for anyone else who's still looking.

To me the point of the challenge was to take a photo in the spirit of "Where's Waldo" -- where the subject is clearly visible, but hidden/camoflaged by the visual cacophony of tiny details.

Sorry but I voted this rather low, the image is just way way too busy for my taste and I can´t find any point that really draws my eye so you got a 3 from me, just thought I´d at least explain the low vote.

The quality of the black and white in this image is superb. It is a somewhat abstract composition that may not appeal to all viewers. It is always dangerous to have a lot of shallow focused detail in the foreground of an image and some viewers may vote it lower because of it.
The image is very appropriate for the challenge, though. For quite a bit of the time while I was lost I felt like I was in a very "thorny" situation. :) - Steve

Nice tones but I am having trouble seeing the butterfly.

The background is nice and crisp. The foreground is distracting because it is out of focus. Love the gray scale tone.
