Sometimes a photograph communicates a message beyond the scene. The colors of this photo along with the "song" I can almost hear these beautiful birds singing moves me beyond words. Thanks for sharing Sherryl.

It looks although the birds have a great character, you've captured a really great moment there. I just wish that we could see the feet of the bird on the right, it feels somewhat awkward cropping its feet off like that.

We're lucky enough to see these in the trees occasionally....they really are this magnificent gloriously-gaudy patchwork of colour. Awesome shot Shez...they look like they're talking to you!!

I have replaced all my bird images re suggestions that they were over processed. I have added no color at all to the three Lorikeets images in my portfolio. I have only used a small amount of sharpening as suggeted. I processed & replaced all three parrot images, with the use of curves, dust& scratches, and noise only.
