Nice DOF and I like your use of negative space, with her being all the way to the right. It seems a tad flat. Maybe the lighting? The glint in her eyes is good and her almost non expression works well too. I'm a big fan of filters, so I'd probably work with them as well as levels to enhance the overall tonality.
This is definitely my favourite of the 3. I like the angle of the 'models' head, nice detail and good DOF. I would like to see the focus on her eyes, as it is the focus appears to be more on her fringe (could be my eyesight though!). Other than that, a nice image :o)
