 Froze some peas in a bowl and then once frozen, put them against the window to backlight them.

Used my 105mm macro for the shot. Levels, Hues, Saturation, Noise Reduction, Burning, Dodging, Sharpening at different stages, resize, more sharpening and noise reduction...the end result is OK.

Not sure how it will go...

I would have thought it impossible to achieve an action shot using peas, but you seem to have achieved it :) Lovely graphic image which just shouts freshness and healthiness, would be a great advertising shot. Now if I could just figure out which way was up ...
