 He was at the window, he was talking at somebody inside ... whom was he talking to ? what was he telling her/him ? maybe he was leaving ... any story can be imagined from that scene I caught from the "Quai aux Fleurs" in the Ile de la Cité in Paris the other night.

There isn't enough of interest in this picture. I very much looks like a random picture out someones window.

Composition: 4 - Everything seems at an angle, I think shooting from straight on would have more impact.
Technical: 3 - The room on the right being brighter draws my attention away from the room with the man. Also, the photo overall seems too dark.
Creativity: 4 - I can't really see what you were going for here.
Appeal: 3 - Its too dark and lacks contrast in the important areas, so doesn't hold my interest for long.
