Greetings from the critique club. After viewing your photo I have a few suggestions. First I think the concept is very nice. The simplicity of the shot and the relavence to the challenge are perfect. I'm not sure you put it all together as well as it could have been and I would like to suggest a few things. One thing to consider when using mirrors is the angle at which you shoot. The reflected candle looks a wee bit crooked. I'd also suggest that instead of using a black background that you light the room your in with a colored bulb perhaps light blue to give it a better background rather then all the negative space. Your exposure is pretty nice and its well focused. Good luck in future challenges.

I'd prefer it if the top and bottom had the same amount of light showing, also if the middle wasn't black, ie: if it looked like one candle.

I'd like to see more evenness between the candle and the reflection

Can't really see the fire through that glass, would have been better without it IMO.

I like the idea. Curious what it would look like if you used a different shaped candle.

Good thing your title explains it.

I enjoy the playing card symmetry of this photo. Or should I say domino? Let's play! 8

Decent abstract, but a bit tilted, in need of a very slight counterclockwise rotation.

thats a neet idea. imo it would be better if the candle was outside of the glass? or screen.

Nice Idea. Just lost in translation. What I mean is you can't see the flames.

I'd prefer a more shallow candle holder so I could see the flame. that would help alot it also seems crooked.
