| The street lights look cool, but distract from the streak of the head (tail?) lights which I think is the intended subject. Too much in the background. |

| An interesting halo effect with the lights. The transport, unfortunately, is not clear - what does the streak come from? In addition, the background is too busy and subtracts from your message. |
