Too many major elements competing for my attention. Viewer can't tell whether to pay attention to the train on the left, the building in the background, the dripping object just to the right of center, the blue pole on the right, or the bright glare from whatever the center object is.
I would like this a lot more if you cropped a bit off the right. That way the pillar would be the edge of the frame instead of the distracting open space that you have.
The picture is sharp, but I'm not sure what is the main subject. Also, the sky is overblown, detracting from the good quality of the rest of the photo.
