Your photo is the perfect example of how composition makes or breaks a photo or a painting.
One of the cardinal rules is to have three items of one color that form a triangle. Check out how well that is done with the yellow house, the yellow clothing, and the yellow sign. SWWWEEEET.

I wished that the family in the background was a bit blurred. I do see what else is going in the frame, including the boy and what he's doing, but I wished that girl at the front was the main focus and the rest was what you observed later. It does work that way even now, but very soon, my focus also goes to the background and the family. I don't think they play an important role in the shot.
So, instead of a 10, you got a 9 from me.

Xion has got it exacly right.

I love the framing. Good sharpness, and cool setting. I really like this shot for some reason, and the framing is a very big part of it. 9

i like the cinematic feel of this. obviously, the border is one reason why, but the colours and contrast gives it that feel too. i like the enhancement of yellows; it ties the separate elements together nicely. it does seem a wee bit cluttered though; the builings, the audi tt, the grafitti and the signage all works well, giving it a very urban, almost gritty feel. but the other people do detract; the two walking away are alright, but the pushchair family needs to go. them aside, great stuff, feels like a indie continental european film, with a gritty french voice over perhaps. 8.

nice shot. I think it would be compositionally stronger if you cropped at the girl with the yellow jacket, making her the farthest right thing in the image. Not sure if the rules allow that for basic editing ...

Like the picture, odd border distracts, benefits from a little sharpening.

Nice capture of the girl with gold sweater. Less so of the girl on the left. Maybe try some other crop variations to really draw attention to the girl with gold sweater.

Interesting choice of subjects, but I'm distracted by the many competing elements in this photo.

nice moment. family in the background is a bit "unfortunate" for the shot. little sliver next to illy sign bothers me, as well as the bit of blue/white writing in the center top of the frame. 7
