it looks a little low res. and chunky to me as well as it was maybe taken to far in sharpening....but hey there's the tour boat....lol
the sail boats are staggered really well..its almost as if the image would be better with out (my beloved) light house as part of the compostion...
bt i suspose it adds in it own way...would be cool with more popping colors.... |

| The lighthouse seems as interesting object of your picture but composition is bit too busy. Attention is splitted between too many object from which non is really the 'central'. Also capturing from long distance causes sometimes problems with focus. |

I recognize the location and have to say it is harder to photograph than you would think, it looks like you had trubble dowsizeing but that could also be because of a strong crop.
I like the idea but would like to see more of a horizon.
