 Obviously I wish I could spot edit this one. To compensate I heavily softened the image. I like the composition which I hope makes up for the artifacts.

I used contrast, hue, and smooth filters. All of these were applied to the entire image.

The glaring white speck on the wing in the foreground is going to keep me up tonight.

I think this would be a very striking image, perhaps if the bird was more focused...

If the front bird was in sharp focus would have been a 9 for me.

Normally I would say the horizon is unlevel but in this case it's so grossly exagerated it works.

I hope the extreme tilted horizon wsa a style choice, I'll assume it is, because I think this shot is way cool except for the horizon. 7
