What is that at the very top of the shot? Otherwise, this really tells a story.

I like it...

I think a little crop off the top would really help this image. My eyes are drawn to the light patches where the reeds are not as hight. Great shot though, beautiful exposure.

Great nostalgic photo. I like how you framed the shot with the reeds at the top. (I bet he was having a great time). 9

I really like this. Action and setting are great. Some of the the right side of the image could have been cropped to put focus more on boy. Also I think it needs some contrast. Good work though!

Love this shot....reminds me of my younger days

Yep. A keeper for the photo album for sure. ;^) I think you've captured a nice moment here and the water splash and ripples adds to it. One thing that could help this (IMO of course) is to seriously crop the bottom and top out some.

The water looks incredible to me.

Lovely shot, great colors and balance, but the action is of such a gentle and quiet type that it may not score as well as worse shots that are of more frenetic action, but this is a great shot.

It appears this is just after the action has taken place. Also, what is that along the top edge that looks like glare?

this is crystal clear and a lovely shot, but I wouldn't really call this an action shot
