Great capture of his expression. I like that the observers are blurred, but not so blurred that you can't make out the interest in their faces.

Wow, this is intense. You could have gone either way on the depth of field by focusing on the faces of the observers but I think you made the right choice. It is hard to look at that face for long.

The look on the escape artist is priceless. Great angle and DOF with spectators in the background. One of my top five favorites in this challenge.

This gives me more a sense of agony than action, but this guy is 'in action' so I'm thinking it meets the challenge. Would like to see all of his hanging hair, looks like a bit got cropped out. Lighting is really good, I think the shadows on his face intensify the effect here. Might have composed it with the guy off to the side. Like the DOF, just enough detail on the bystanders to see they are watching intently and make the guy even more the focus of the shot. Good job, 6.
