Beau...this is inexplicable to me...53rd??? I mean, there are 45 or 50 shots above you that don't really deserve to be above this shot...this was one of the best in this challenge and you ought to be proud of it

I like the persepctive (nice use of the wide angle), however the sky looks to overdone in photoshop.

Good job Ansel Adams. The only distracting part is that huge tree floating in the water.

Loce the clarity of the water. The center right and left sides appear to be too heavily darkened.

That's a cold lake. The wood isn't breaking down. Lovely scene nicely photographed.

I have been to the mountain
and back. How could I be still?

You have lost detail on the left and right sides and the very top is too dark. Nice image but looks overdone.

Beautiful landscape. This would be my place of solitude. Nice photo. Good luck.

I love mountain lake pictures. I do have two comments on your shot. The sky is just a bit too dark at the top. It doesn't look natural. Also, the log in the forground is a bit distracting. There probably isn't much you could do about the log unless you could have repositioned yourself more to the left (but you probably didn't want to swim out there with your camera, right?)

Is that Dream Lake in Rocky Mountain National Park? My favorite place on the planet! Very well done!!

Nice composition but I feel the real dark area on the left handside really detracts from the image
