Sadly Tim is right this is a Boobah and it certainly does look scary! You've captured this really well and the yellow really stands out against the black B/G :o)

Scared and embarassed that I know the difference but this is a Boobah and not a Teletubby. I think they are a bit creepy and you surely caught that in this shot.
