Found this little guy in my yard place him in the flower bed where he has stayed for a few days to my suprise. He was a patient model - only attacked the camera a few times.
I had trouble focusing on his face. Parts would come into focus and then not be in focus when I looked at the photo. I cleaned it up a bit in photoshop but this was the best I could do at the time. Maybe I will try again since he is staying around.

Wow man, I had a really unfortunate typo in my comment! 'this shit' should have been 'this shot'!!! I am very sorry!

This is quite a popular topic on animal photos

I almost missed him, he blends in so well.
Looks to be grinning at the camera! :-)

Nice catch here, but it's a bit soft and grainy. Nice job of composing it.

Good, but it looks flat, fix the focus. 4

Neat! A bit more light would have brought the subject out a bit more, other than that, great work! Very sharp!

if you can sharpen and remove grain you have a great photo

If that ugly little bug was more the focus of this shit, perhaps with some lighting on his face, this shot would have been excellent. The way he is cocking his head really gives life to what is otherwise 'another bug shot'. A noble attempt! 5.

Focus seems to be lacking a whole lot.
