Great job! The color in the sky is very nice, and the city rising from the haze is subtle but pretty. Unfortunately, there isn't alot else to make this photo interesting. Raising the original score that I gave you from a 4 to a 5.

Oh, that is neat. I didn't see the city at first, but after reading the title it stood out from the background. Very interesting juxtaposition.

Very nice photo, I like the small shade difference between the buildings and the sky. However I feel it's lacking something, perhaps a better composition.
