The lighthouse at Pilsum on the North Sea coast, East Frisia, Germany. It is called "Otto" after the famous german comedian Otto Waalkes who was born nearby and married in this lighthouse.

I'm suprised this didn't score higher. Still 46th out of 443 isn't bad! It's gorgeous. Love your edit of the sky and the composition is very interesting. I was one of your seven "9" votes. I would normally have commented on a vote that high during the challenge but was tied up that week.

Love the sweeping composition with the evening light. Wish the curve could have been closer to the light house and the sky more flaming. The windmills don't do much for me either.
