 Wanted to shoot the sunset today.. and saw this old tree in the bike trail nearby..

Thought that the branches made an interesting composition...

Gave it a tighter crop, played alittle with the curves and saturation..

I'll ditto what Art said. It's a fine photo but this is a shot that many people have done and there's nothing about this particular one to pull it above the 200+ other shots ahead of yours in the challenge.

Convert to B&W and rotate 180 degrees and turn into negative. I think you'll find it looks very similar to lightening with a tigher crop.

This one seems to simply lack the WOW factor. It's nic & all, but noithing that stands out. Aside from the challenge, this could be good in a set of 3 or 4.
