 Something quite different from my usual style, but I figured... what the hey :)

Grayscale, Tritone, curves, little cloning here and there, little burning, highlights/shadows.

Pity some people just couldnt get it, especially the abstract part... man, it couldnt have been more abstract in my opinion.

Anyhow, to those who dont know, a piercing through a (male's genital) is called a "Prince Albert"

I'm not sure how many will get the caption, but I did. Over all I feel the shot is to dark, and shadow in the foreground seems to be the place my eyes are automatically drawn to, not the image that you intended (I think). Anyway you point for creativity
