Like you, I love the diagonals! I think that it aids this photo (personally). Puts emphasis on "lines" rather than the fact that it is a horizon shot (which we see many of on DPC).

I guess the tilt is there to emphasize the lines? It doesn't work for me. Nice tones and details.

The tilt does nothing for me...I think, as without it, I might instead say that I find the picture boring.

Very good angle.. and I love the contrasting mediums and the way you've tackled the challenge..

I think this pic would have been perfect if the sunlight had been tackled a little better. The upper half takes is better at the lighting then the lower.

IMO this pic can possibly ribbon (or come close to that with everything being perfect with better post processing)..yes really.. It's not perfect but it's quite striking
