This looks like an illustration the tones are so flat and strange. Weird - looks like IR - but nice shot in an odd way.

Needs children playing and I would liked to have seen a tighter crop of the playground slide and swings.

This photograph reminds of virtual reality or of environments you see on XBOX or PS2. Interesting treatment, although I'm not sure if it's what you were after.
