 I think I've seen something similar to this in a challenge before, so huge apologies and respect to the owner of the idea if there is one.

Played a lot with various sliders and selective color adjustments. USM and lowered the saturation a bit.

OK tie-in to the challenge. Color seems to be a bit on the desaturated side, which may be intentional. Not sure what's in the background in the upper right - reflection? Might be more effective with the background solid black.
