 Sharpened, levels, hue/saturation. Absolutely no spot editing.

I did not edit out my freckles. They are part of me, and I am accepting that.

Don't edit the freckles. Why would you even consider to edit the freckles? Keep the freckles. Very nice sp - may want to blur/soften the leaves on the left a tad.
