 I missed entering this photograph into the Perspective III Challenge by a couple of hours. I took it at 7 PM on July 4th, 2006 and the Challenge went live a few hours later DPC time.

I thought the vaulted array of sunlight fit the challenge perfectly. Too bad these effects are not common, then I could have taken it again the next day. But, then again, thankfully, these magestic sunsets are unique and awe inspiring.

Another winner here mate, amd you have certainly captured clouds at their best..... I love this one also, and would have scored this high in the perspective challenge.

Awesome. danica22 said what I was thinking. Also, it looks like you've got a halo on the mountains; from sharpening? Very good example of perspective.

beautiful, maybe slightly less sky and a little more land could of made in a perfect 10 but thats just my opinion.
