Actually it was the side of a house. i was going for the look of the closest part in focus, with the rest out of focus... i guess after taking the picture it didn't come out as good as it looked in my mind :) thanks for the comments folks :)

neat idea. it took me a few seconds to realize that this was a fence going away from me to the left. might have been interesting to see it in b&w and a bit higher contrast.

This could be rotated slightly clockwise. A shot like this needs to be dead-on.
The color and contrast is great, but I find the subject to be a bit boring.

I like the concept, but just not enough going on to grab me. the image needs a point for the eyes to land on or something to hold you. what happens when I look at it I get pulled right back out to the left. If you had taken this more from the front and maybe rotated it 45 degrees I would have liked it more. I hope I helped. Good luck 5
