The pose looks a bit forced, but nice lighting and photo overall. -8-

Lovely girl. Fun pose. I like the choice of black and white as it highlights the form better than color in my opinion, I wonder how a mostly desaturated image would look though - not quite B&W, with just a hint of color. The composition is good, though I don't like the very tight crop at the bottom and I wish the focus was a little sharper. I think more soft light on the face and the legs would give her just a bit of a glow that would be pleasing and bring more detail of her face out and help combat the strong light on the right. I think its a good choice for her eyes to be closed or at least really lowered but that and her expression gets lost a bit in the shadows. I'm not sure I'd relate it to a 10 as personal tastes vary but its a nice portrait that is clearly going for a sensual/sexy feel. I gave a 6

She is a "10" that's for sure.

don't get the title? but not bad..!

awesome photo, not sure I see the 10 (unless you're implying that she is a 10, in which case, that's what the title's for), also you might try adding more negative space to the left and bottom sides of the photo to balance it

I think this needed a floor? Different background? For some reason I have a problem with the feet of the chair. It looks like she is riding on a chair in space. Nice lighting & pretty model...

Perfect 10....i give it a 10 a 10!!!

Not a bad pose but I don't think that is the best chair to have her sitting on. I personally have had a hard time finding good chairs or props for models to sit on. Aside from that, I wish the main lght was on the left side to light up her face and body brighter instead of behind her. Her arm is so much brighter than everything else that it sort of demands attention when her face and and body should be more of the focus. I think that would also help give it a bump in contrast because as is, it is slightly flat. All that being said you are certainly on the right track and th young lady is definetly a 10. 7

What has this got to do with the number 10? Sorry, doesn't meet the challenge for me.

sexy shot! lighting is spot on for this.

You can ask Langdon to change your title if you meant "quiet" passion. Nicely lit and she's, of course, quite beautiful. 8

I'm missing a ten...
07/10/2006 02:42:16 AM
10...what? Lovely photo and blur though.

Don't see the "ten" element. Is this title supposed to read "quiet"?
