The lighting isn't very effective in this photo. The side of the TP roll is trying to blend into the background when it is really an important part of the composition.

I'm not a huge fan of the subject matter, but the blurred paper a the bottom (er, no pun intended) alone is worth an increase in score from me.

you can write with your buttocks!?!?! sweet! in a nasty idonteverwanttoseethat kind of way. maybe like a footnote in Guiness, "oh, some dude can do that, TMI." nice comp, like th blur, black&white conversion needs some work, hard without advanced layers I guess. maybe add a hand for that personal touch?
