Ok, I think I finally got the Oops in this picture now... it sure took me a long time though :/

Actually, I love this photo and the grotesque irony involved. Bravo!

Language barrier, I assume. Oops generally implies a silly mistake. Poverty doesn't really fit. It is a pretty nice photo, so I'm tempted to give the benefit of the doubt... but then, this guy doesn't look too poverty-striken. He looks very well-nourished, clean, and has a nice pair of jeans (with colored underwear peaking out at that).

First, he doesn't look poor. Second, treating poverty as a mere "oops" is disgraceful.

wow. great loooking guy. do poor guys look like that? Hmmm, i wanna be po' i think you'll get high marks just for the guy. and maybe, just maybe, you'll get high marks for the hidden meaning (which many maybe just don't get) - oops! poor men don't look like that. 8

Not sure how well it fits the challnege, but is a very very good shot. That dude's buff. May have been better for the 'Where's Waldo' challenge though. Especially if his name is Waldo.

Maybe he could trade in his gym membership for some food?? Or at least some spare change : ) Good shot and tones though.

Poverty happens, and it can be an oops. The black & white helps to make this an image of true despair, but his physique looks like he has not been in poverty for very long. I think it is a great picture though.

nice tones. poverty is a bit extreme to be considered a 'oops'. and that guy looks like he's getting plenty to eat. :oP

It's a nice photo. The model looks too well kept to be in poverty though.

i don't think that the serious subject of poverty could be considered something as trite as "oops", but a cool shot nonetheless. The dof is good, and the composition is pretty strong.

Good picture - well taken, I like the use of black and white. I just don't understand the oops....

Overall a great picture, but I'm not sure it fits the challenge.

This is a very serious interpretation of the challenge and I feel that your photo speaks volumes about "something gone wrong" for so many people. This piece deserves some recognition and I hope that you get it.

being poor isn't an oops, it is a choice.
