this is a nice shot..I think you got hit by your foacus point..that tree in the foreground just dominates the shot, and unfortunately isn't in focus.
lighting is very nice.

Not bad as far as composition but the sun isn't working with you here. If you hard sharper, more defined sunlight coming in the shot would be greatly improved.
