my thoughts: the joint is a bit distracting, flower looks great and the background works with it well. I can't help thinking that this would look better had you left the color in the middle of the flower (possibly the stem too).

Nice colours - not quite enough of the quintessential full face daisy display for me. But then again, it would be hard to get both shadow and full face daisy in the photo, would it not.
