I decided to play around with some of the max settings on my D50 intentially to make me sad I didn't buy a more expensive camera.
I don't own a tripod, so I get to play around with camera angles 'creatively'... not sure why I did this, but I wanted to get as much of the background in focus as possible. /32 aperature and a 30s shutter speed to compensate, just leave it on the counter and have a drink. Took a few and the light was waning outside, so a few beforehand had a smaller aperature, but it works.
Editing: I've never used Photoshop before, so I just experimented with the various filters, color adjusting, shadows, hightlights, contrast, etc. didn't keep track of what I did, but I wanted a little more contrast. |
