Does the building in the background get lit up with a bluish light at night?
A nice night-shot, (if that is the case) would be good too, and would probably lift the horses even more, adding greater drama.
Not enough detail showing in the faces of the horses to make them the main subject of this image. A little gamma adjustment in levels might have helped.
