you did a good job in "cleaning" her face, no marks left :)
the main focus is on her eyes, I think you should take advantage of that fact and make them pop out a little bit more. I think a bit of USM & dodge-burn could improve that.

she is adorable! Her eyes are definetly what stand out and are in perfect focus. I think lightening up her face a little bit more would look nice and also having the entire background blue. Nice photo ;)
