This was way underrated, perhaps a little too avantgarde for the average person, but it was spectacular and unique.

Underrated shot. A little more definition in the head area would top it off, but this is very spirited and strong.

Interesting effect, the saxophone looks molten.

This is very interesting and eye-catching. I love the copper swirl at the horizontal near the bottom. Awesome with the hand and ring in focus. What a great tune - I can just about hear the music! The top 1/4 doesn't do much for me, but those bottom 3/4 of the image gives you a top score from me.

I've no idea what this is, but it is very evocative of movement. Liquid, wind, ethereal.

I'd love to know how you did it.

A splendid looking abstract. Gotta love those golden streaks.

this is an incredible photograph, a work of art..the saxophone almost looks as if it's melting into a liquid...this is the best I've seen: composition and color are unique and lovely...I would give it an 11 if I could.

Ooohh cool shot! Real artistry, good for an {8} from me on first pass (and I'll be back!)

I like the concept here -- and the lighting is good dramatic. I had a bit of difficulty figuring out what it was. I think it would have helped me to have a little more light on the Sax so I could see more than just the highlighted reflections. I generally don't care much for pictures where I can't tell what I'm looking at -- and that was my first impression with this shot. I had to study it to get it.

I like this. The blue really does provide a good background for this.

There are some interesting motion blur going on here. There just isn't a strong enough focal point for my tastes. If there was some sort of pattern or rhythm it would be a much stronger photo.

Now this is cool, and love this effect..... I see quite a lot of abstract shots in this challenge, and if they work, re "motion blur", I am scoring them high like this one..... I love this shot.....
