I agree with Yanko, it looks better without the road. It seems to improve the composition and the road is a little distracting too. I wonder if a little darkening of the top of the sky would help to draw the viewer deeper in. For all I have said, I like this image.

Nice shot. I like the color and clarity of the rainbow and the rest of the scene. While I like this crop you might want to see if you like cropping the bottom part just a bit (to remove the street). I kinda like it when I resize my browser window to view it that way.
