That's exactly what it was. It was tiny and could jump incredibly fast.

I find spiders soooo creepy (hate them really; but its a perfectly rational childhood fear :-D that I will never get over...) but this is a great photo of one of the freaky-nasty little things ;) horrifyingly amazing detail- :-D

ETA - hope this isnt' a -pet-? *shudders at the thought of a -spider- as a pet*

Gosh dog it!! You got me with the B&W one you sneaky rascal!! :) Is that white wood he is sitting on?? Looks like a fabulous wolf spider you have here! I love these guys with all their scary eyes ;) Good contrast and DOF but this just speaks to me!! hehe
