A granite pothole 20 feet in diameter believed to have been eroded 15,000 years ago while the North American ice sheet was melting. The Basin has been smoothed by small stones and sand, whirled around by the Pemigewasset River. Below the Basin is a water-eroded rock formation called the Old Man's Foot.

This is my fav! Great long exposure. I can't think of anything to make it better. Great job

Nice long exposure capture. You kept a lot of detail without the water blowing out. Did you use a circular polarizer? If not, I would suggest another shot with the CP. It makes for a nice effect on water shots.

Very good rendering of the water.
There appear to be a couple of light spots on the rock in the centre, kind of like lens flare. Maybe it's just markings on the rock itself, or drops of water on your lens. ;>P Cool place.

Very nice...I don't have the opportunity to shoot waterfalls down here in New Orleans....

...good job.

This is a superb image that demands another look ;) The leaves on the right coner doesn't really add much to the composition so I would suggest cloning it out. The smooth and silky waterfall is perfect. Great job!
