Crop of upper building bothers me a bit

great exposure to not blow the interior lighting. Though upon close inspection the overall contrast feels odd. Also odd you didn't place the flag at the center as it's neither center nor really off-center. This is the first capitol shot I've ever seen that didn't show the dome. I'll give you an extra point for being different, though I would have given you 2 extra points if you showed the dome. I believe that's what they call dpc logic.

the blurry flag doesn't really work here, in my opinion. clear image other than that. 6.

Very nice. I think I would prefer the flag better centered, but nice lighting and colors.

Nice clean capture. Everything is sharp and in focus. The motion of the flag really sets this image off as a long exposure. Good job.

Beautiful color. Blurring flag hurts it a little.

Nice shot of the building but the flag lets this down i think.
Obviously there's not much you could of done with an exposure of 30 seconds.

doesn't quite do it for me. Perhaps it would have been stronger to frame the whole building.

I wish the flag were in a different position. I do like the colors.

It seems to lack a subject to me. the composition does not do anything for me.

Now that is pretty cool. In terms of pure asthetics the flag is a distraction from all that is crisp, which is unfortunate as I do like the idea.
