| I really like the bokeh, but maybe the composition could have been strengthened. The two vertical flares seem to distract a little, and a sharper foreground would have emphasised that interesting background even more. |

| The whole thing looks a bit smudgy instead of the soft effect I assume was intended. The oof area is too harsh for my liking and the two vertical lines disturbes the composition. An average entry. |

| The composition of the pic and placement of your subject is good. The lighting of your subject could be better - a bit flat and cold with hard shadows. |
