Damn light poles all over the place. Nicely seen. Good range of brightness from completely dark to the top white.

These are sad windows...but I am sure they could tell a tale or two.

adding a lonely face, barely visible in one of the windows would have made this a more profound photo. Removing the pole would have made this a more dramatic photo

Seems like an interesting choice of subject that works for the challenge. There appears to be focus issues though. If not already using one, a tripod could make a big difference, especially if the lighting conditions cause slower shutter speed. Or even any solid surface to shoot from. Even placing a bean bag on the ground or something like that. Also, the exposure seems a little hot in the upper left area.

I like the comp and how the windows frame the photo. It seems to me like the you had lighting problems and the sharpness of the picture has been compromised. Fits theme really well.

Interesting composition...appears as if there was some blooming or something in some of the white areas.

this seems to be a pretty low quality JPG - the compression artifacts seem to have reduced the clarity of the photo quite a bit.

Very nice idea, but the focus and exposure are all wrong. Composition is really compromised by that pole.

They are sad and this looks like typical urban desolation. Now we need to turn it into an eye-popping photo without taking away the sadness and ugliness. How, is the question. I'm not sure I have any suggestions. Possibly it would have worked better if the photo had been taking on the skew. I know, a head looking out of one window would have added the appeal needed.

Good subject but the image appears to be washed out towards the top, losing cintrast. The wires tend to also distract the eye from the window a little, but I guess theres not much you could do about that.
