Nice shot, but too much post processing in my opinion .. 7

"WOW" factor here, as I love the moody dark sky above.....

There ya go, taking the shot along the shoreline gives us more an idea of how deserted it is, the alone ness, the desolation, the weathered sticks really add to this well framed focused and composed photograph!

I really like this image but I am concerned about the blurring on the wood on the right.

This shot has so much potential that i feel compelled to comment on why i am only giving it a below avg score(4).

The composition, sky, leading lines, are all great. the contrast between the sand and the grassy dunes are also nice. What bothers me greatly is the areas of severe blurring in the sand and around some of the drifwood. It looks like an overdose of neat image or maybe some overzealous cloning/healing. Did you remove some sun bathers? "Just kidding"

This is the kind of setting which might beg for a reshoot the next time you get some storm clouds. Im' sure you might get plenty of commments regarding the blurring, but i only intend my criticism to be constructive. Cheers

Nice image. I love the lighting. It does look like neat image was used a bit too much though.

this looks like a great shot that was over-processed, too much Neat Image?

Just a note to let you know the blurring is applied in a very poor way, technically speaking. Whereas the original photo may have been quite nice... Regards.

Nice sky, But the rest seems a bit over sharpened.

Great beach, what is going on in the right side in the sky and down the beach? Is that an effect? Great color and subject I really like this.

I think the subject works well for the challenge. The only thing which makes my eye dizzy is the blur going on - or is it my tired eyes? The branches are like dried bones and enhance the sense of desolation.

I like this very much. The tone, the muted quality and of course the old bare trees. If I could add one thing, it might be a single something (ie: skull, weathered old shoe)but that's just me. 8
