Suture set with scissors, curved forceps, tweezers with and without teeth and a cup of iodine on a sterile cloth. Black and White colorized through hue/saturation to a light blue tone.

The lighting and duotones really make this shot for me. They set a mood of cold sterility and along with the sharp and pointy medical instruments, send a bit of a shudder down my spine. Composition is really good too...I like your arrangement.

Good softness from the light spots and I like the texture, but it seems like the lower object are being cut off too much.

Good balance of space. The textured surface is a good juxtaposition to the smoothness of the steel. This goes beyond the 5 gray zones concept.

Interesting... what some people have around the house. NIce & clear but the shadow on the cup / beaker is a bit too much

Wheres the syringe for my shot?? Seriously, this is a nice shot I think the harsh lighting and hot highlights work here.

instead of the additional forcep in the bottom left a curved needle with some vicryl would have completed the shot better :)
