| sort of an interesting idea, but it doesn't really move me. also, the crop feels too tight, and the reflections on the plastic are distracting. |

| I am missing the "Desolation" aspect of this image. The lighting in this instance is rather harsh, much to the detriment of the image. |

| Not much of interest here, and too little contrast. This tight crop doesn't really work here either. |

| sizing images for submission I am not sre what you use to resize your images for challenges, but I find that having images at the 640 max size and 150 kb size limit helps get the highest scores. I hope this helps you. |

Sorry, but I am not convinced of Desolation.
Definitions of desolation on the Web:
*devastation: the state of being decayed or destroyed
*bleakness: a bleak and desolate atmosphere; "the nakedness of the landscape"
*forlornness: sadness resulting from being forsaken or abandoned
*devastation: an event that results in total destruction |
