Nice lighting, good brown tones, good facial tones and decent framing except for cutting off the top of the baby's head. In most images you reserve sharpest focus for the most important element in the image. In this case that is implied to be the baby's hand. Might be a stronger composition if the baby's face were in sharpest focus instead.

Nice focus and clarity, but I think the dead centering hurts the image overall. I'd like it shot from an angle so there is a bit of a leading line. Beautiful baby!!
