Great landscape photography; it is necessary to add that it has no more to do with 'shadows' than does almost every other photograph, however.

A very good image that would've got a 9(there's a slight color cast in the sky) from me without a challenge theme in the way. Not perfectly on topic in my mind, so just a 6 for now. I will look at the image again later and see if I get it.
...
I'm still here LOL. The color cast is gone when I look at the image at my non calibrated LCD monitor, so it's probably a non issue due to displays being calibrated differently.

I really like the way the lines in the stone draw me into the shot and up to the sky.Top left a bit dark. Don't know if it would have been possible to pull out more details in PS.

This is a wonderful photo, great perspective. I think your shadows might be too subtle for this challenge.
